Custom Made Story - Eyebrow Bar, Dragon

One of our regular customers contacted us by e-mail with an idea for a gold eyebrow bar incorporating a dragon’s tail and a beautiful green Tsavourite Garnet. She had seen our internally threaded labret studs, and wanted to see if we were able to use this same internally threaded part for her eyebrow bar. At this point our piercer Richard needed to take some measurements of the piercing, to ensure a perfect fit. This ensures that the jewellery is made to fit you personally and makes wearing the jewellery as comfortable as possible.

Firstly Barney discussed design ideas with Angela, our loyal customer. When this was established, he then drew up some initial ideas. These were then emailed across to Angela.

Once she had chosen her favorite style, Barney made some more accurate sketches and refined the design. A quote was also put together based on size, materials and work hours. When Angela was 100% happy with the quote and the design - a 50% deposit was taken.

The raw materials were either ordered in or manufactured on site. Then Barney started work!

When the main gold work was finished, the jewellery was polished up and ready to have the stone set.

The finished jewellery was photographed and the images sent across to Angela. Once she has confirmed that she is happy with the final piece, the remaining 50% payment is taken. It is then sent out by first class insured post.

Angela then sent back some images of her wearing her new eyebrow bar. As you can see it is a very interesting piece and looks fantastic on! We ended up with an unique custom made piece, and a very happy customer!
