Packaging and Returns
This returns policy applies to all genuine
BMG Ltd. Gold products.
All products are delivered in a security sealed tamper proof
packet for viewing. You can check quality, size and have a
good look. Once satisfied you can open the packet and the
jewellery becomes yours. WARNING on opening the packet the
product cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, unless
faulty and this does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer. However if you have not tampered or opened the packet
it may be returned by registered post within 14 days for a
full (less postage and packaging charged) money back guarantee.
All refunds will be minus £5 for handling, postage &
packaging fees.
When sending something back, please include a note to us,
letting us know that you would like a refund. This way we
can tell immediately what needs doing and will provide a quicker
service for you.

Text written on label states:
"Due to hygiene regulations, once
this tamper bag is opened or torn
the enclosed jewellery cannot be
returned unless faulty"
All the Gold jewellery (i.e genuine BMG products)
from any of our showcases are placed in this presentation
box. Products are checked to ensure they are of the highest
quality and sterilised prior to security sealing.

Sizing
You can order any size you like, when purchasing the genuine
BMG products from any of our showcases. If you are unsure
see Measuring
Your Pierce in the shop you will notice next to each item
up to 10 sizes accompanied by the approximate USA sizes. If
you know you are an in-between size i.e a 11 or 7 mm please
specify by fax, telephone or email as we can re-size the bars
to your exact requirement or specify an exact USA size. If
you wish to return a bar to us for re-sizing we will make
a small charge of £20 (Use exchange rate converter for the
US $) plus post & packaging but please remember we can only
shorten bars, to extend them is a much more expensive service.

Terms & Conditions
All prices are inclusive of VAT (shown on invoice). Carriage
is extra if outside England, Scotland or Wales, (see shop
for details).
Orders taken from stock and generally dispatched within 48
hours. Should they be unavailable please allow up to 28 days
for delivery. Your order is acknowledged by e-mail in all
cases, with estimated delivery time. Because we wish to maintain
the quality of our jewellery, prices or details may vary to
those shown on our web page.
In this unlikely event you will be advised of any changes
when ordering, before dispatch. E.O.E
As professional piercers we understand the seriousness of
hygiene. Therefore we are unable to exchange or refund items
removed from the view bags & items with broken view bags,
unless they are faulty. (This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer). So please take care when ordering.

Methods
of Payment
All payments will be converted from Pounds Sterling into currency
by your credit card company or bank when they process the
transaction. Orders accepted by cheque (in Pounds Sterling
only) will not be dispatched until cleared. Bankers Draft,
Postal Order, International Money Order, Bank Transfer or
Card payments will be dispatched within 48 hrs if in stock.

Secure
Server
When the time comes to enter sensitive information such as
your credit card details, you will be re-directed to our 128bit
Secure Server. Here you can feel confident and secure that
everything you enter in this section is safe. When you submit
this information all credit card numbers are encrypted automatically
by a complicated scramble system. The original credit card
number never leaves the secure area. We, the merchants are
the only ones who can de-scramble this information.
We offer alternative payment methods which can be selected
within our Secure Server. You will find these options on our
checkout form.
