Delivery
Options
All of our jewellery
items will be handmade by our on-site goldsmith when the order
comes in. Orders can take up to 7 working days to complete,
and in busier times can take longer. This is because we don't
want to rush your orders, as this could result in a compromise
of quality.
Once
made, sterilised, checked and packaged all items are sent
via recorded signed-for delivery. Once dispatched, we will
send an online tracking number.
Basic
delivery is free to all places. In the UK - Signed-For Delivery.
Outside UK - International Signed-For Delivery. Please see
below for more details:

Orders
over £100 are sent Special Next Day Signed-For Delivery
- Free of charge.
Orders
under £100 are sent 1st Class Signed-For Delivery -
Estimated 2/3 working day delivery - Free of charge.
If
you require Special Next Day Signed-For Delivery for goods
under £100 - There is an extra charge of £5.
USA & Canada -
International
Signed-For Delivery - Estimated 7/10 working days - Free of
charge.
UPS
International Courier Delivery - Estimated 2/3 working
days - For an extra £30.
Europe -
International
Signed-For Delivery - Estimated 5/7 working days - Free of
charge.
UPS
International Courier Delivery - Estimated 2/3 working
days - For an extra £30.
We do ship to most places, please contact us for more
details on delivery to specific countries.
Very
rarely, delivery can take longer due to unforeseen circumstances
with the postal service. We cannot be held responsible for
this delay, although we will do everything we can to help
the in this situation.
If
for some reason your order gets lost in transit - we will
send out a replacement free of charge. We have to wait for
the order to be missing for 25 working days before we can
claim the order as lost, so we will not send the free replacement
until this time has passed. We request a proof of delivery
signature for all items we send out - so if the order has
been signed for, then we will not send a replacement.
