I had a little difficult time getting the nose stud out that the piercer had put in back in March, but I finally was able to turn it just the right way and out it came. I also had a little difficult time getting my brand new, sparkling diamond 18K stud in, but I persisted and was very successful. It looks wonderful, and I am very, very happy and pleased indeed.

I received my order of 1mm 18kt gold diamond nose pin. I love it!! I had my nose pierced 1 1/2 yrs ago and have had alot of problems with it.
I think the piercing was not straight and I could only wear the real tiny pins. So.. I couldn't get my BMG pin in either. I read what you said about stretching the piercing and was going to look into that. However.. I got the BMG pin in but it was not coming out of the bottom hole. I went to
my local piercing shop and the gentleman there told me the bottom hole was off center..
He put a needle through my piercing and inserted my BMG diamond pin for me!! I was so happy!!
I will never take out my BMG pin!! I love the way it sits flat and does not catch on clothing, hair or bath towels. It sparkles and is really comfortable. Thanks again!!

When I first encountered the website I was thinking of buying a "mini"
belly bar. I read many of the testimonials and since so many people gave
positive feedback about the help they received I decided to telephone the
company as I couldn't decide on what gemstone I wanted.
I was pretty indecisive particularly when I would be spending a fair bit of
money. I spoke to Richard who advised me that it was more important to
select a belly bar that works with the shape of my navel , rather than just
taking fashion into consideration.
This advice was very beneficial and prevented me from buying a different
shaped piece that I know now would not suit my shape.
So I settled on an English Rose hot pink sapphire. I was not 100% about the
size I required. I thought I was a 7.5mm, so this is what we decided on.
Also I have a problem with lateral stability with belly bars. Richard said
he would put more of a curve in it to stop this happening.
After receiving the belly bar and sending some photos to Richard it needed
to be shortened a little. I sent it back and Richard recommended 6mm. The
turnaround was the same day and I had my belly bar back in less than a week.
It is now absolutely perfect, looks gorgeous and is the best fit I have ever
had. The advice was spot on and it is worth asking the experts as if I had
been left to my own devices I would have purchased the wrong shape and size
for me.
I cannot recommend enough the very high level of customer care and
assistance I received that was backed up by prompt service and this will be
the only place I will look for my next piece.

I just wanted to say that this is the first time I have come across a company
that addresses both the issue of appropriate metal (nickel free, piercing friendly) as well as the
issue of the jewelry being designed flat to minimize it protruding unnaturally from the nostril,
which I have so far been unable to find, and have found very frustrating.
My piercing is a few years old but has been a constant, high maintenance concern, though using pure gold, specifically made for piercing the body,
makes the world of difference, and irritation has been seriously reduced, though I have not been able to find real quality jewelry in Canada.
I have great hope for the nostril screw I just ordered from you and I can't wait to see if it is what it appeared to be on your site.

I was quite apprehensive but you made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was almost enjoyable! I'm sure all of
your customers feel the same way about your shop, service, products, professionalism etc. but perhaps forget to say?
It certainly was WELL worth the trip from Cambridge i.e. piece of mind knowing I was in the very best hands / superb
aftercare instructions (products) / incredible jewelry (of course) and the most wonderful staff.
How can you ask for more than that? I certainly won't be going anywhere else for my body jewelry from now on:
there is simply no comparison (and this is from someone who has checked many different web-sites).
And also, which other body jewelry company looks after their customers like BMG?
I was made to feel like I really mattered and all of my questions (no matter how silly) were answered seriously
and expertly.

I am very pleased with the purchase. Skillful craftsmanship and a dazzling stone.
I have done extensive searches on the web before deciding on BMG and though there are cheaper
products available on the net, they cannot compare to BMG's quality. I actually purchased a
cheaper nose stud elsewhere before BMG and the product was less than satisfactory. The shaft was
unevenly crafted and bumpy and the diamond fell out after 2 weeks. It also had prongs that were
getting hung up on everything.
BMG's stud is smooth and fits securely. The bezel set does not get snagged in towels or clothes.

Yep, my collection is growing and they are all so very beautiful. The quality is the best I've come across.
In the past I have had problems with my skin reacting to the metal, even though I have always bought gold,
but not with yours. Your products are definitely to be recommended.
If I have correctly measured my piercing, it is 5mm, so 6mm to allow for movement, and I have been extra
cautious by adding an extra mm to it - total 7mm. This one will test the measurement for the downsizing of
the other three! 10mm is definitely too long. Hope that answers your questions. Just to check - I will have
3 that need shortening - the garnet, the moonstone, and the tourmaline.
