All e-mail received remains confidential to the staff members at BMG. Information received does not leave our premises and we do not sell, loan or give away any information we have received. We do not send out sales promotion e-mails to any one who has not filled in the information request box with their e-mail address. If you have filled in this box and would no longer like to receive e-mails, just use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our e-mail.

Whilst you are using our online shop a Cookie is used to keep track of your visit. This enables us to know where you are going and what selections you make and is basically a key feature in the shop operation. This Cookie is stored on your computer in a temporary folder whilst you are shopping. This Cookie does remain on your computer but is not harmful in any way.

Orders:

Stock items are sent within 3 days of the order being placed. If the item is not in stock we will inform you of a likely delivery date within 48 hours.

UK items are sent via recorded delivery on an overnight next day service. Overseas items vary by the Country of origin, USA and Europe will generally receive the goods within 7/10 days of postage. To progress your order just e-mail us with your invoice number and card holders surname we will endeavour to return the e-mail within 48 hours.

The Banana bars are cut to size, hand tapped and polished, this gives a clean, smooth finish to the gold enabling it to be inserted without scratching or causing trauma to the piercing. Our re-sizing service for shortening the bars is as far as we know unique to BMG. The information on this service is enclosed with your order.
