Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into
the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection,
click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We
accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside
the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card
company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We
accept Visa, MasterCard ,Switch, Solo, American Express &
Diners Club. We also accept cheques made payable to Body Matters
Gold. Orders are sent on clearance of your cheque. We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship unless special
arrangements have been made for a deposit against a special
order. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping
And Handling
Stock items are sent within 3 days of the order being placed
if the item is not in stock we will inform you of a likely
delivery date within 48 hours.
You
can select your shipping preference from the order form:
All - UK items are sent via recorded delivery on an overnight
next day service.
Outside the United Kingdom you can select 2 options for delivery:
1)
FedEx – Items are normally packaged and sent within
24 hours. Delivery is 2 or 3 days depending on the destination.
You will be sent a FedEx tracking number so that you can track
the items progress. This service costs £29 UK pounds
per delivery.
2)
International Recorded delivery – Items are normally
packaged and sent within 48 hours. Delivery time can vary
by the Country of origin, USA will generally receive the goods
within 7/10 days. Europe 5/7 days and rest of the world can
very from 5/14 days from date of postage. To progress your
order just e-mail us with your invoice number and card holders
surname and we will return your mail within 24 hours.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your
order to you in 3 business days providing it is in stock.
International orders are generally received around 7 to 10
days.
Please
note:
The
Banana bars and other tapped ended products are cut to size,
hand tapped and polished, this gives a clean smooth finish
to the gold enabling it to be inserted without scratching
or causing trauma to the piercing. Our re-sizing service for
shortening the bars is as far as we know unique to BMG. The
information on this service is enclosed with your order.
You

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order
for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT is shown on you invoice - cost is included in the prices
shown where applicable

Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when
the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held

Body Matters Gold Ltd do not disclose buyers information to
third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep
track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have
selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address
book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember
Me' option.
Returns
Policy
This returns policy applies to all genuine BMG Ltd body jewellery
products excluding toe rings.
All
products are delivered in a security sealed tamper proof packet
for viewing. You can check quality, size and have a good look.
Once satisfied you can open the packet and the jewellery becomes
yours. WARNING on opening the packet the product cannot be
returned due to hygiene regulations, unless faulty and this
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However
if you have not tampered or opened the packet it may be returned
by registered post within 14 days for a full (less postage
and packaging charged) money back guarantee.
Alterations
Any alterations will incur a minimum of £15 charge.
